Because each item is custom-made upon ordering, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds due to ordering mistakes such as selecting the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
However, if your product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error, we are committed to making things right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product by sending us a clear photo illustrating the issue. Upon review, we'll gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Minor variations (within 0.5 inches) in print placement are normal and are not considered defects.
